Building exteriors
Brick, block, siding, tile and painted surfaces washed down to lift weather staining, algae and general road film.
Sidewalks and entrances
The approach to your front door, walkways, steps and loading areas, including gum and stain removal.
Parking lots and structures
Bays, drive lanes and structure decks washed so line markings read clearly and oil staining is knocked back.
Dumpster pads and grease zones
Corrals, pads and back of house service corridors flushed on a schedule, which is where most complaints and inspection notes start.
How We Run It
Assess surface and pressure
Wrong pressure damages mortar, siding and sealant. We match the machine and the tip to the surface before anything gets turned on.
Protect the surroundings
Landscaping, vents, electrics and entrances covered or isolated, and run off directed sensibly.
Wash and rinse
Hot water where grease is involved, detergent dwell time where staining needs it, then a full rinse so nothing dries back on.
Dry and reopen
Air movers where a surface needs to be back in service quickly, especially interior floors and corridors.

- Will pressure damage our brickwork or sealant?
- Not if the pressure is matched to the surface, which is why we assess first. Old mortar and painted surfaces get a lower pressure and more dwell time instead.
- Can this be done while we are open?
- Exterior work usually can, with the area cordoned off. Interior washdowns are scheduled after hours so the floor is dry before you open.
- How often should a dumpster pad be washed?
- For food service, quarterly is a sensible baseline, more often in summer. It is a lot cheaper than dealing with the complaint that triggers it.
